Is the eBay seller thewindhovertochristourlord selling authentic autographed LPs?

Today I was just looking and found a Dark Side Of The Moon LP with a $0.01 starting bid on eBay. I took a look at the pictures and saw it looked as if it was autographed by Roger Waters himself. I go to the condition and the description and it mentions nothing about the Roger Waters autograph. Strange. I decide to check out the seller (Who was the windhover) to see if he had more LPs like this. Then I see it. He has listed more than 10 Pink Floyd CDs each with Roger Waters, David Gilmour, and either Nick Mason or Richard Wright autographs! (I didn't look at the third autograph) I also see a Velvet Underground LP signed by Lou Reed. Then Hendrix. I check some of the conditions and descriptions, and guess what- nothing! Now for the question: Are these authentic autographs? How does one get almost the whole Floyd band autographs on more then 10 CDs each? And for a Hendrix signature, well for any of them in fact, why would a stating bid be $0.01? My guess is no,mthey are not real, but I wanted to reassure that with you guys. Thanks. (I've attached a picture of a couple of them)

The signatures aren't authentic. It's probably the seller from this discussion under a different eBay ID:

Thank you so much for your reply and answer. I bet it is that guy too.
