Is this a real or Fake Roger Waters Pink Floyd Autograph?

Hey, I am new to this site. I am debating on making a purchase on this Roger Waters autographed guitar. The guy says the guitar is a strat style Nomad which I also know nothing about. What do you all think? Is it real?
