I have my doubts, but I’m not very experienced with Favre. Hopefully others will chime in.

Multiple stop and start marks, no flow, doesn't look quite like the signatures of his that I know are real.

Agreed. It also looks too large. The letter sizing and spacing is all over the place. Favre sigs are typically pretty small and cramped.
