This card had a gold foil version.  I believe this is a copy of one of those cards numbered to 100.  It appears as though the  reverse of this card has had the ? of 100 removed at the very bottom above the date of manufacture.  I am not sure how many he signed overall for Playoff but the colors look mottled and it is very unusual to see one of these that has not been slabbed and graded because they are very valuable.  Better photos might reveal more.  Hope this helps.

Yep, here's that card currently up for auction with bids to $400K. OP's can't be real.
