Is this Dwight D. Eisenhower autograph genuine?

This signature is on a 1960 appointment document.  The signature is only 1 7/8 inches wide.  Seems very small.   Did he ever sign that small?  I thought it might be printed, but it does look like some variation in the lightness of the ink.  And it does look like possibly some overlaps of lines in the signature.   Thanks for your thoughts!
