Saw this Clint Eastwood in my friends collection and wondered what everyone thinks of it. Is it real or fake

Thanks for your reply Joe W. I thought it looked secretarial too, but she is insisting that it is real. Anyone else have any opinions on this?

Looks much like my mid 90's Through the Mail, which I understand to be secretarial.
