I know it's a little late but that one doesn't look close to me. His other items looked pretty questionable as well. I did see someone just listed an elliott autograph that looks real

The OP looks bad to me for various reasons. The second item "To Harvey" looks good and has various subtleties that I look for in Elliott Smith.
