Is this Emilia Clarke autograph legit?

Hi, I've never bought from Autographbuy before, not too sure if this is a forgery?

Visited the site and immediately saw a $500 Star Wars poster marked down to 39.99.

That's all I needed to see to know to run. (aside from a real $40 Emilia being a steal at the moment)
