My sister received this in 1979 from an acquaintance who worked on the tour. However, he was not a close friend and she had always had some doubts about it's authenticity. There is a similar printed Clapton signature inside the tour program, and this may have just been an attempt to copy it. But I leave that opinion to you experts. Thanks!

Thanks to both of you for your opinions. I'm actually kind of flabbergasted. I do not have any other information about the signature other than what I said about it being given to my sister. Is this something that can be formally authenticated, and if so, is there a preferred firm to do the authentication?  I am totally new to this, as the only autographs I personally collected in my youth were from bands that, for the most part, never became famous.
