Is this Howard Carter signature genuine

Thank you to those you have kindly added some very useful comments. I since been advised by an auction house that the signature I have is similar to one sold by Simon Parr auctions, but I have never heard of them. Does anyone know anything about this auction house? Anyone had good or bad experiences with this auction house?

Simon Parr , - ye gods. Help. He has been written about on here many times with all his aliases. He has had several interactions with some of us on here. Have a google on AML if you type his name in . Specialises in fakes. Here is just one thread

Forgot to add has been responsible for selling a hugh number of fake M Jackson items under one of his aliases.

Thank you Michelle. I have looked at other comments about Simon Parr auctions on this site and elsewhere. Until I found out my signature was a fake, I had never realised how prolific fake signatures are on what I had ignorantly thought to be safe and accountable sites. I have certainly learned my lesson.
