I don't post much (mainly read here), so hopefully I recall how to do.
Was at an auction and picked up this 1967 James Bond album for $2 or $3. I was just grabbing some extra stuff since I was there. It was in a frame that was likely worth more then the album. When I removed from the frame, my reaction was... darn it, original owner wrote their name on the back. Lol
Then it was wait.... Jim Gordon?
Could this be the drummer James Beck Gordon?
AI (for what it's worth) stated that Jim Gordon collaborated with John Barry on several film scores, showcasing his exceptional drumming skills. So, maybe there's a link here.
However, I cannot find an example of Jim Gordon's signature.
At least not from the 1960s. I found a signed index card and short note, but they do not look anything like this. They appear to be from when he was in prison (older in age). Does anyone have an example of an early autograph, or can tell me if this is the musician Jim Gordon?
Appreciate any help. Thanks
