Is this Margot Robbie Harley Quinn Autograph Legitimate?

Back for everyone's wonderful feedback! So this autograph I'm really 50/50 on. The "COA" on this says it's guaranteed authentic, but states it was received TTM (Through-The-Mail). After reading about TTM, I started learning about autopens. Wondering what you guys think? I may send it into PSA/DNA for authentication. I was swayed by seller's wonderful feedback, but after seeing the low-ball prices on some of the items he sold, I just don't know how authentic this can be anymore.

I do not believe this is authentic. If you paid via PayPal you should be able to get a refund

Thanks for the feedback. Didn't use PayPal, but fortunately, the seller had 14 Day Return Policy. I requested a refund stating I had others looking at it and deeming it as not authentic. He just accepted the feedback. You guys just saved me some money. Thank you :-)

Nicely done and at least the seller has refunded. Says it all when they don't want the item sent back to them

I've seen rushed examples of her signature and this one is still very atypical.  I don't feel comfortable with it.
