I picked this up at a baseball card show in 1993. It didn't come with any documentation and I can't bring myself to pay the return shipping fee from PSA to get it authenticated with them. I've always wondered if it is real. It is signed on a William White National League ball. Thanks!

Thanks for the head's up on that.  The reason I was looking on ebay was that I like the look of his older signatures better than the newer "loopy" signatures.  I also wanted it on a Bobby Brown or older ball.

there could be an error in the PSA database regarding the type of ball. The signature looks fine. (the second one)

I've contacted PSA and sent them pictures of the ball and certification.  They will get back to me hopefully.  I have not heard back from the ebay seller.

I heard back from PSA and they already updated the database on the second ball to reflect it as a Nolan Ryan Bobby Brown ball.  They were fast!  Hopefully the seller will ship just as quick!

Congratulations, Tim! That's good news.

glad you got it resolved.

First ball way off, second ball is good
