Is this OZZY OSBOURNE autograph real?

Can someone who knows Ozzy help me out with this Picture Lp? Does it look legit? Thank you in advance!

i have seen a few of Ozzy's autographs and would recognize them immediately as authentic but the signed picture lp doesn't. but i'am not a expert on his autograph.

I have no idea to be fair. I thought he normally went high up after the "S" in Osbourne, but I just got those autopenned CDs from Sony and one of them is pretty similar to this. 

The seller sold it on April 9 for $55 Buy It Now and it is been relisted now, that might be a cause for concern. An authentic Ozzy auto on "Blizzard" should fetch over $300-400.

Yeah. He says he got it himself in 1980s. So this one i dont really know. Think i might give it a miss

It sold for $175.50. Someone posted it for opinions on the Facebook RACC page but I don't think it got any opinions. I am still leaning towards "Not good"

That 1999 bill ward date to i think is a big sign of fakery. And the ozzys are a match

Ozzy has really bad penmenship so I don't believe this is authentic, then again, I'm no expert.  I have an Ozzy autograph on 11 x 14 and notice this one and the one above have a similar foundation, however, like I mentioned, Ozzy's signature is really sloppy.
