Thanks James I think Ill go back take a few more photos then get an online opinion....better to spend a few dollars then lose thousands! Thanks again!

Forgers have been taking the blank pages, especially the end pages, out of books for decades. Check out the Ruth autographs at reputable auctions. You'll rarely find fresh looking autographs on fresh looking blank pages.

And $1,800 is far to low for this if it were genuine. I wouldn't want it even if a TPA said it was real.
