For a while during his Broadway run, the prices were really dropping as Bruce would sign every night.  In the beginning you got a fuller autograph than the one posted, but as the show ran on, they got shorter.  He did sign his book a little better than LPs which some nights he passed over completely.  They were even selling signed books (softcover) in the hotel lobby for 20.00 which really drove down the price of the hardcover ones.  One thing is assured, if you want a nice full Bruce signature seek out a book.  Not sure what the current prices are, but there are enough of them out there .

I've seen the books go for as low as $200-$300 as he signed over 13,000 of them. When they first came out people were getting $500 - $700 -- more for the deluxe version.  Some people are cutting out the signatures from the book and getting them certed/slabbed by PSA or Beckett -- then trying to resell.  No thanks.
