I can't believe that I am saying this but it actually looks pretty typical to me.  What is the history of the piece?

This was obtained by a waitress here in Los Angeles about 6-7 years ago when Tom Brady was at the restaurant that she was working. Thank Mike Shepherd and terrier8HOf for your opinions.
