Is this US Company still operating?

Hi,

I am having trouble contacting this Company 'Championship Sports Promotions', Jersey City, New Jersey.

All I can find is a sport shop in New Jersey?

Has anybody had dealings with them? the Certificate has no Address, Phone Number or Signature?

I have the Ali glove (pictured) and haven't an original to compare.

Can anybody help.
