Opinions on this Willy Wonka Poster/Johnny Depp auto

I've had this neat item in my collection since 2006 and purchased it from someone who had won a Roadshow Films competition for the release of the movie in 2005. I'm considering selling it but have never bothered to get it authenticated as I thought it was the real deal but as I'm far from being an expert on Depp autos - so thought to check with the experts here! Thanks for all your help!
