Is Ustar.net a trust-worthy company to buy autograph?

Are they trust worthy? They have a great collection and price looks decent. They said they UACC Registered dealers.

There are alot of forgeries in this persons inventory.  I would proceed with caution here.

why is he still a member of UACC if this is the case? You should report him
