Is this an example of an L.A. forgery?

Hi everyone and happy new yesr. I came across this and wonder if this an example of an L.A. forgery from the 90's? However, the george signature does look real? Any thoughts?  All the best - Mel

I assume that you mean SoCal forgeries. No, they aren’t.
