Looks good to me, unless it is a print.  There has been copies sold of bookplate signatures, so a very high quality scan would have to be seen. (any ink flow trails or indention?)

Run it by Peter Kenneth... google the potter collector Peter Kenneth.  It may take a while for him to contact you, but he is a collecting contact I made and trust with JK Rowling.   If unsure, he might have files saved of the copies of bookplates going around.

Good luck!

Thank you. I'll look him up.
Well Peter Kenneth was very positive and confirmed its authenticity. Working in getting a certificate now.

Thank you

Good to hear!  I liked it, but Peter has likely been following the online JKR signature market more closely than myself, so that would make me 100% assured.

Also, her pen pressure is usually super light.  I once had a signed bookplate and had trouble with that one even magnified!

Looking at his twitter page etc he's going ti be super clued up. Ha ha.
It'll be available for sale shortly
Well I've got it certified! Yey. No idea how much it's worth though so thats the next quest as I need to get it up for sale.

I would say in the range between $525-775 .  These ones, do come up, from time to time , over here, if this is the paperbook version,   if it is the hardback version it will be worth more.

Thank you.

Its a hard back first edition

yep it will be worth a bit more imo than $775 if its the hardback first edition but dont forget its not one of the early signed potter books and also it has no extra validation which people like when it comes to collecting the later signed h potter books

What sort of extra validatiion?

Michelle likely means the 2007- current date holograms.

This plate style is from the Half Blood Prince era, so there would not be one.

Here's my favorite JKR signature:

I just think of "Dan" as D. Radcliffe. lol.
