It seems odd they are selling more of these... the Metallica site had them priced at $150 and they were numbered... Regardless, thanks for posting!

It is hardcover so maybe that's somewhat accurate price.

It was $13 to me via MM.  Fed Ex started at $19.  IIRC, there was grumbling about intl shipping when books were sold through the Metallica store.
