It's very close, but has a few subtle factors which I dislike. I feel the same about many of the other Janet Leigh index cards on the market as well, which seems to be almost constantly available with a perfectly straight baseline (and little variation) for about $10-$15.

Because of this, I would look for one that looks good and also has a known/reputable source associated with it.

She did sign TTM for years, and is also rumored to have done secretarial signatures for her daughter (Jamie Lee Curtis') fan mail over the years. See attached.
