Where do you find all these cut pieces of signed paper?

I spend a lot of time looking for signed pieces of paper because on other official media such as discs for example prices are more expensive and my budget does not allow it.
I travel a lot which allows me to meet a lot of collectors.

Yes it is mine and I intended to put it on sale for that I had to be sure of its authenticity so as not to have bad surprises for me and for the potential buyer.
