Jerry Lee Lewis Autograph Study and Authenticity Opinion

I want to get opinions on the above composite (but together by my loving wife who thinks I am nuts to spend so much time studying the signature of JLL). The signatures were cropped, rotated to run left to right instead of uphill as JLL signs and turned black and white for consistency. All of the signatures listed are or at least have been certified or okayed by someone generally respected by this site or a major, well respected auction house. The one exception is the signature with the most pronounced squiggle under it. It is a ttm example I received. After comparing it to the other six shown, I believe it is authentically hand signed by Jerry Lee Lewis.  The signature looks good to me as it has the same or very similar slant, letter formation and general feel of the others.

Please share your thoughts. I did post this on the large Jerry Lee Lewis study page as well.

Wife thinking you are nuts… :)  My fiancé thinks the same thing about me and the time I send on this hobby!

:)

Here's to being NUTS!

Very cool! You sent him some treats from Hawaii?

Yeah, several times.Any thoughts on the Mac nut photo?

Authentic, in my opinion.

Here's a TTM autograph in which JLL signed someone's original artwork. Notice how the "Thanks" is consistent with "Thank" from your signed photo. The drawing can be seen here: http://www.deviantart.com/art/233-JERRY-LEE-LEWIS-signed-N-F-S-3024...

Yes,I would agree.Good work!

Maybe all writing on my photo is in his hand!I had suspected earlier that Judith had contributed to it.

I do believe that it's all in his hand, as is the signature and inscription from your signed LP. Did you notice that the latter was used for the "The Killer Live: 1964-1970" CD?

I did not notice the 1964-1970 cd set.It sure appears that my lp is authentic. Thanks!

The Killer Live - 1964 To 1970
That shows a signature many would have discounted as secretarial a few months ago.

Because we just can't get enough Jerry Lee on this site, I thought I would revive this discussion. I never received any opinions on the images and the questioned signature in the posted composite above. I'd love to hear thoughts from Steve Viola, Alan David Munns, the Marks, terrier, Frost, Zarelli and everyone else.

What better way to start the week then talking about JLL signatures.

I like some of them and so  I do not.. might need to put numbers around each photo so I can be more specific.  :)
