That’s tricky. I do know the House of Representatives letters in general have better odds of being authentic than the Senate and White House letters. If that is not authentic I suspect it would be secretarial. I would think Kennedy himself would sign it since it’s first name only and usually that indicates a more personal letter. But that isn’t always the case because I remember an old Joe Biden 1970s Senate letter signed “Joe” that was definitely secretarial due to its form letter nature and the signature looked way off too. So very hard to know. However, I believe this “Jack” does look like JFK’s handwriting.
