the reason that sum say its fake ,is that the o's in morrison are not written as jim did  so here's a picture of a signed page and i think the o's look verry similar to mine.

I believe this is the signature in question:

yes thats it.

There are a lot of good forgeries of Morrison out there. Curious where the experts lie. Are those reputed to be more reputable on the authentic or forgery side? I think it's a forgery but a good one. My opinion only though.

thanks rick for comments, see ya.

I don't like the entire signature, not just the "O"s. If you compare it to a number of authentic exemplars, you'll see that it isn't consistent with his writing style. You also have to take into account the other three signatures, which look even worse than the Jim signature. Those aren't pictured here. The Ray signature isn't even correct for the period, or any period for that matter. Ray signed either his first name only, or included his entire last name, as in the example above. Overall, the style of the signatures is consistent with a forgery style that I have seen before.

The "authenticator" and seller of the item are HUGE red flags in my book, but the signatures alone tell the story, I'm sorry to say.

thanks mark  ,il yust keep on looking for a real one .

I would encourage you to try to get a refund to put towards a real one.

yes i can do that but if i can't proof it's a fake how do i get my money back? greetings

How long ago did you purchase it and how did you pay for it?
