That's the big question. They are several sellers from Arizona (where Iconic is located) that go back and forth between listing items at Iconic and Ebay.  So a Jim Morrison might "sell" at Iconic -- but the next day it's back on ebay for a higher price -- only to return to Iconic in a month or two.  It's a shell game and the buyers (us) are the one's picking the shell without the pea and losing. 

From Jareds post he seemed to haved bought it for the auction, now whether autographs for sale bought it from iconic and are flipping or there both the same company.
