What is on the Reverse? I clearly see something about "Meeting him, [perhaps] hanging out, May 2, 1967 :) "? If nothing else it might provide a date window for your authenticating this autograph (or not). I reversed it and enhanced it in negative in case others don't see it:

The date says May 2 1969, but that is wrong. The lady selling it is the original owner (she's about 70) Sorry it says '67

Why are you avoiding those questions? In this waiting time for specifics that might never come, perhaps you might lay out the reasons you think it is "likely good". "Likely good" does not open my wallet. What have you got so far that opens yours?
