Im always hesitant to comment on signatures on clothes as it tends to change signing style and slow them down.. meaning its difficult to tell whether something has been drawn slowly or alternatively with confidence.

This one to me has a lot of positive characteristics and I think has a good chance of being genuine- though for the above reasons Id still tread carefully.
