I found this on a deluxe edition of Deathly Hallows and I am trying to figure out if the signature is authentic or not. I've included an image.

Hello, I have no clue - might be good. But I recall a recent thread about numerous forged Rowlings in the hands of adoring collectors who have no idea. Perhaps someone will remember more?

I have read that too, but one thing that I find very strange is where the signature is located. It wasn't on the inside of the book, the book is a deluxe edition and the signature was on top of the case which I find strange.
Also, I found this book at a used book store and paid $30 for it, and I am 90% sure that is because of it being a deluxe edition and not because of the signature. As they did not notice it when I purchased it.

They were factory printed signatures.

Scholastic released Deluxe/Collector's editions of the last 3 books and they all have the very same printed signature.

Thanks for the info! That's what I thought when I first found it but then I couldn't find any more info on it!
