John Barry signed page

I'm  a huge fan of John Barry's music.

Just recently bought this signed page.

It's old, from 1961. I'm confident it's genuine.

Would appreciate any opinions.

Hi Alan, as something of a Barry expert (I've co-written three books about him) though I'm not infallible, it looks genuine to me!. The way he wrote the 'y' in Barry hadn't changed 30 years later! The date given was that of an Adam Faith concert in which the JB7 also appeared.

I liked it straight away. The fact its so faded actually adds to it I think.

It's great to get an opinion from a learned guy like yourself. Nice to know a little background to it. Adam faith and the JB7. Those were the days. I'd be very interested in those books you wrote. Can I purchase them?

That terrible and fatal fade is presicely the reason it should be heavily discounted, along with all the stains. No eye appeal at all IMO.
