John F Kennedy Most Likely Famed Secretary 3

Opinions please. I got this a few years at an Antiquairian Book Faire..  Price was reasonable due to fading. 

The Letter of Authenticity is not worth the paper it's printed on. 

It does have a lifetime warranty.  He is still in business and will give me my back. 

I wanted other opinions before I sent back 

I believe it is  Secretary 3 made famous in Charles's Hamiltons book The Robot That Made A President. Also known as the Stuttering Secretary.
