No way. 

It doesn’t look authentic to me either.

He also signed the other side: 

Both signatures do not look genuine to me.  I can’t imagine anyone having a genuine Lp cover signed by John and then not keep it in pristine condition.  Unlikely it would have been in that condition if John signed it in 1980 as it was only released on November 17th.  That’s a lot of cover wear!!!

It’s a picture sleeve, but that’s still true.
