Fake, in my opinion. There are a number of other fakes that are very similar to this one.

Thanks, the guy wants $1200 so I think thats undervaluing it if it was real. Another one of those "too good to be true" deals haha.

What is it that was signed? Is it just a blank page?

Yep, just a blank page. It's framed and matted with a photo of him with a COA from AuthenticAid. Apparently authenticated by "Brian Green." No idea who that is haha.
