John Lennon autograph with dedication

Can anyone help me with this Lennon autograph with dedication: "from John to Andrey (or Andrew)

Is it true? It can be considered autograph?

This doesn't look like John's writing to me.

I don't know exactly, but this signature is made on his book "The Penguin" I think 1966, so I believe it was done during that period.
