John Lennon Drawing...Again

I thought I'd re-post this to get your opinions.

Do you guys think this drawing was done by Lennon in 1964? It comes with a COA written by Victor Spinetti.

I know nothing about Lennon or his art, but it seems bizarre. It is one of those things that would be very hard to prove or disprove

what positively ties this specific drawing to this letter. someone could have drawn Fred Flinstone and attached it to this letter.
