Yes this would pass PSA/DNA. Please don't think 21k is a standard price for these things. A lot of shill bidding has been happening at auctions and then the same lot appears sometimes with the same auction house or another auction house.

This has already been passed by the company psa DNA. Looks like a troll. The other photo had Caiazzo coa from rr auction.
