John wayne signed photo ?

HelLol all 

I came across a signed , numbered photo of John wayne, the autogrpah looks okay to me but I can't understand the yellow with red? It seems to match the writing but I don't know why it's be a separate color 

And it is authen cates by Christoph   sickel..is that a reputable dealer ?

This, in my opinion, is a secretarial signature, not an authentic John Wayne autograph.
