I purchased this in an estate recently.  Any info on authenticity would be greatly appreciated.  It is written on a 3 X 5 note card in black sharpie.

Thanks,

Kirby

IMO,  LOOKS LIKE IT WAS WRITTEN WITH THE SAME HAND, TOP LOOP ON " J" IS THE SAME AND THE " H " LOOKS THE SAME....HUMMM? I`AM NOT A EXPERT BUT I WOULD SAY FAKE.

These are authentic. I have several in-person autos that I got at Fan Fair in Nashville in I believe 93 and 94. Typical 'J" in Johnny. Very different from "J" in June. Also June Carter signature was always neat look at "ar" and "as" in her name. Johnny's was loose and sometime sloppy. Look at his "as". Hope this helps.

Like i said i am not a expert....good to hear Philip.

Hi. I heard Johnny once on some country Talk Show. The host asked Johnny did he have a problem with autograph seekers. Johnny said he didn't and he always signed. Then the host asked him what if they interrupt your dinner at a restaurant? Johnny said "I put down my knife and fork and sign. So, he must of signed a lot of stuff. And I really liked that guy.

100% real.
