This one is ringing alarm bells with me — specifically the shape of the J and the placement of the first and last names in relation to one another.  I think it’s a fake.

Looking closer at the eBay seller’s profile, they received negative feedback for another Joni signed album that was deemed to be fake by a TPA — a decision I agree with.  Here is that listing:
