I noticed this Journey album signed by 5 members. It has a JSA basic cert with it.

The cert states the signor as "Neal Schon" with the other signatures listed in the "Notes" portion of the cert. Cert # L87615.

Not an expert on TPA procedures so a few questions come to mind. First, does this signed album appear authentic(all 5 signatures)? Second, does the cert mean that only the Neal Schon has be certified or, because the others are noted, that all 5 signatures have been reviewed as well?

Appreciate any input. I need a course in TPA lingo. Thanks.
