it's raining now in the Netherlands and have mine holiday but luckely also mine hobby, and that's framing autographed photo's of mine heroes like ''michael j fox''... i repair and spraypaint heavy frames and do the cutting of the cardboard myself...only the plaques are made by a local company. this two items i post now are made today ''have many more''  hope you like these. the photo's are size 14x11 so you have a idea what the total of the frames are. this hobby started when i saw framed autographs on ebay and thought i can do this myself because shipping costs to the netherlands are way to high and sometimes higher than the costs of the actual item.

understand this but that's not the way i want it...have not a problem to pay for a high end plaque ''cost around 8 euro's each''.

Just an alternative way. I've had nameplates professionally made as well. Just depends on the project and, of course, our own personal taste.

I rarely use nameplates anymore. Maybe it's time to incorporate one into my list of upcoming pieces. Just for the fun of it!

Much appreciate your offer Rob, that’s very kind of you. But since all of my collection is matted in that same way I think it’s best I stay on that path.

Especially since I’ve bought a Paul McCartney, a Bono, an Axl Rose and a Bruce Springsteen the last two months and my wallet is a bit thin (to put it mildly) right now...
