Here are those same shapes and strokes in 2010 on a CD I sold a while back (it was $69 raw on eBay!). You can't see it here well but the "B" and angled "o" were connected - the silver ink did not take well but there was an indent visible.

And this is a Billy Smith forgery out of Florida from July 2018. This has more in common with the OP than any exemplars shown here IMO, This fooled several folks here. Imagine if Billy spent some real time doing this and trying to get better...but the same flaws can be seen here as mentioned above. Also, he blew the numerals completely.

Here are the OP, a Tony Ford, and David Bowie, inverted. One doesn't fit. Two match.
