And my 2002 from Sweden. Again, the start of the "B"...although this is a different style as far as the "B" and "o" connection (seen before and after 2002), the angle of the negative spaces in that "o" is typical here - angled to the left and shaped like an eye but symmetrical. This angle and shape can be seen as early as April 1976 - I show an example I sold. You can also see the start  of the "B" is consistent nearly 40 years ago. Perhaps just as frequent, as in your examples or my red 1995 from his first one-man art show, the "o" is a horizontal "oval", and also symmetrical. The artificial, simulated nature, flow and flavor of the OP should be apparent with just these few exemplars IMO.

Here are those same shapes and strokes in 2010 on a CD I sold a while back (it was $69 raw on eBay!). You can't see it here well but the "B" and angled "o" were connected - the silver ink did not take well but there was an indent visible.

And this is a Billy Smith forgery out of Florida from July 2018. This has more in common with the OP than any exemplars shown here IMO, This fooled several folks here. Imagine if Billy spent some real time doing this and trying to get better...but the same flaws can be seen here as mentioned above. Also, he blew the numerals completely.

Here are the OP, a Tony Ford, and David Bowie, inverted. One doesn't fit. Two match.

Hello, DB collectors,

Just joining this thread now. I'm adding a few examples of Bowie's signature from the mid 1990s. Bowie inked for me in-person at the Guest Quarters hotel in Chicago (now the Thompson Hotel) twice. Once during the Outside tour and again two years later with Nine In Nails. At that time, on both occasions he was very accommodating—signing several items for myself and a friend after coming off his tour bus at about 5 AM. He was donning a black Greek fisherman's hat and carrying a wardrobe bag. FF two years later in '97 (same hotel), he inscribed a photo page from Lynn Goldsmith's 'Photo Diary' and allowed a photo (a film camera, no smart phones yet!) after returning from the show.

I've been an in-person "street & greet" collector in Chicago since '78 and in my opinion  the 1990's was one of THE BEST decades for IP R&R ink collectingturbo-fueled by grunge, rock was at an all-time high with so many regularly touring bands, eBay hadn't become a real factor yet and the majority of hawks were still focused on sports stars or Hollywood actors. What a time to be alive! Keep dancing with the big boys and let the party continue! 🤘😎🤘🖋

Welcome. Nice Bowie sigs.
