I had one when the 3 kids from Ritter's last show '8 Simple Rules...' was on.  Kaley and the two younger actors made an appearance to sign and I presume promote the show at the time.  Unfortunately she wasn't the big star she became later and I didn't keep the item I had them sign.  Doh!

I still have my 8x10 complete cast signed photo for "8 Simple Rules" that they had at the "Up Fronts" at Disneyland.
