Karl Popper Signed Book-Real or Not

Hello guys, I just got this book objektive erkenntnis signed and inscribed by Austrian–British philosopher Karl Popper. From what I know, the inscription is written in Germany, and I couldn't understand the meaning of it. I am wondering whether it is an authentic Karl Popper's handwriting. I would appreciate it a lot if you can share your opinions. Thanks!

Just found some examples of Popper's handwriting in 90s. I think the ink he used in some of the ALS in 1994 shows the similarity with the one I posted, especially the color.

Here's an example from Sotheby's. The ink also looks similar to the one I post.

Here's the other example which was written in 1993 from Sotheby's. The ink and pen it was written by is exactly the same with the one I posted.
