ok, since this forum is for autographs... I want to ask.

Since I moved to Ohio, there's not too much to do. SO i've started focusing on the things I can try to get and fulfill the collecting space that moves around inside my head.

So, there's just a few people who I haven't gotten (or at least the people I care to get). and there's an even smaller group of people who have eluded me over the years ( or the people who I've wanted, but just never caught on- there's really Kenny Rogers and Eddie Money.) And now, I have a great big obsession with getting Kenny Rogers. I know that's kind of silly, but the obsession is crazy, I keep going to record shops and picking up everything I can get for 50 cents to a buck. but the albums have to be crisp and clean. so far, i've racked up about 15 albums that are in spectacular shape. Now I want to get em signed. I only do in person and have never once bought an autograph (except for the stuff at shows or from the people who worked for me)...

So i guess i'm asking, what's kenny like in person? Anyone know? I'm kind of concerned because I looked on his official website the other night and saw a section basically called Meet n Greet Photo Opporitunity. and i see a ton of people's photos with kenny backstage and it looks like you buy em from the website. Is this the only way to get kenny, or is he nice outside of the shows? I'm talking about Kenny Rogers the singer, not the baseball player. Anyone know?

there should be a part of the forum so people can ask just this type of question, but I haven't seen it yet.

thanks in advance.

From my past in person experiences with the Gambler you are going to have your work cut out for you if trying to get 15 albums signed. He was hesitant to sign 3 for me inside of a dinner 8 or 9 years ago and only shook hands the last time I saw him exiting a venue. I have heard he is doing one per person here and there as of late. Maybe you will get him on a good day. Who knows..

I got Kenny Rogers at an instore signing 1990 in Stockholm. And it was no problems to get a bunch, because the line wasn't long. But times are changing.

Eddie Money lives here in Florida and plays at different venues from time to time. When I met him, he went to the merchant stand after his concert and signed for everyone that was asking for an autograph. And this was 3 years ago, so I don't think he have change that much.

Good Luck with Kenny!
