Kevin Hart 1st edition signed book

Just wanted your guys opinions on this Kevin Hart signed 1st edition book. Rare and signed told me is wasn't genuine but everything about it looks good to me. Thank you!

Always make use of the Search Engine here. Then you would see many comments like "...What is rare at Rare and Signed are genuine autographs. They are not a company to be trusted in any way...." and so on.
